Terms of use

I authorize the financing/matching company to forward the request to the banks and brokers of their choice, provided that the desired loan or alternative can be obtained. If the credit is approved, I will receive a free quote with all the necessary conditions.
I am free to decide on this offer. If a senior loan without an underwriting agency is not possible, we agree that banks have the right, to the extent that this is necessary to protect the legitimate interest (in individual cases after weighing the interests at protect), to be informed, in particular within the framework of an investigation with SCHUFAholding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden.
In this context, I release the bank from banking secrecy. I further agree that the bank has the right to transmit my personal Schufa data to the financial brokerage company and its employees for further advice. Schufa information may also be made available to any co-applicant when applying for a loan. I also authorize the financial brokerage company to clarify any discrepancies between the Schufa report and my data at the bank.

As part of the order placed, the request is transmitted to the partners on the condition that they receive the desired loan. CREDALIS first checks which of the partners offers the best options and conditions in order to obtain optimal results in the credit desired by the customer. The transfer is usually exclusive and the corresponding partner always bears the customer’s name. If the desired offer cannot be obtained or the customer’s wishes have to change, CREDALIS can also use another partner in individual cases. The customer is then also informed.

Online dispute resolution (Article 14(1) of the ODR Regulation): The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Consumer Arbitration Commission
